The 1 day Lean 6 Sigma Executive Overview training course is designed for business leaders who require an understanding of the basic concepts of the Lean 6 Sigma methodology in order to support the implementation of Lean Six Sigma tools, techniques and methodologies in their workplace. This class does not have an exam component.
